You may return unworn shoes within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The shoes must be in new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- All original tags and accessories must be included.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once you receive authorization, carefully pack the shoes in their original box with all included materials.
- Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
